Please go directly to the nearest Emergency Department if you feel you are having a cardiac emergency. Symptoms lasting longer than 30 minutes which require immediate medical attention include but are not limited to:

*Chest pain.
*Pressure or uncomfortable fullness.
*Pain that spreads from the shoulders, neck or arms.
*Dizziness, nausea and/or shortness of breath.

At Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Atlantic General, Kent General, Beebe Medical Center, and Dorchester General, the Emergency Department physicians will provide initial evaluation and, if necessary, promptly notify our physicians on-call.
